PRILA Cream

Lidocaine-prilocaine cream (PIRLA) is a topical medication used to reduce sensitivity and prolong sexual activity by reducing the sensitivity of your penis. It contains Lidocaine and Prilocaine, anesthetic ingredients that work by numbing the skin's surface for a short period of time during sex. These components block nerve signals, helping to delay ejaculation and enhance control during intimate moments

The cream works by utilizing Lidocaine and Prilocaine, both of which are amide-type local anesthetics. These active ingredients function by blocking sodium channels in neuronal membranes, inhibiting the initiation and transmission of nerve impulses in the skin. 1. Thoroughly wash and dry the penile area before application
2. Apply cream evenly to the entire surface of the penis, focusing on the top and tip part of the penis 20 minutes before sex
3. Wipe off any excess cream and rinse the area with water to avoid transferring it to your partner before the initiation of sex

No major side effects are observed but some people may experience minor skin irritation

Numbing effect typically begins within 15 to 30 minutes after application, while the duration of the effect generally lasts between 1 to 2 hours
